DISCUSSION
The City has been working with a developer on the redevelopment of a portion of PORT Riverwalk. As part of the due diligence process, title discrepancies have come up. To resolve these discrepancies the City is proposing three and possibly a fourth registered land survey.

This is the second registered land survey; it includes property on the south side of Coon Rapids Boulevard between Crane Street and Zilla Street. The proposed survey subdivides 12.28 acres and creates 10 tracts. This eliminates the tile discrepancies and and makes the transfer of property easier. The property will be platted into its final configuration as part of the redevelopment project.
RECOMMENDATION
In Planning Case 17-43, the Planning Commission move to recommend approval of the proposed registered land survey.
