DISCUSSION
The City has been working with a developer on the redevelopment of a portion of PORT Riverwalk. As part of the due diligence process, title discrepancies have come up. To resolve these discrepancies the City is proposing four registered land surveys.

This is the third registered land survey and includes property between Zilla Street, East River Road and Coon Creek. The proposed registered land survey subdivides 5.51 acres and creates 3 tracts. This eliminates the title discrepancies and makes the transfer of property easier. The property will be platted into its final configuration as part of the redevelopment project.
 
RECOMMENDATION
In Planning Case 18-1, the Commission move to recommend approval of the proposed registered land survey with the following condition:
  1. All comments of the Anoka County Highway Department be addressed.
