This plat is being submitted in conjunction with a site plan for two commercial buildings. Lot 1 is 11.1 acres and includes the existing Home Depot store. Lot 2 is 1.25 acres and Lot 3 is .93 acres; these two lots are being created for the two commercial buildings. The lots comply with the dimensional and area requirements of the General Commercial district.
In Planning Case 17-15, staff recommends the public hearing be opened and continued to the August 17th meeting, and action on this item be postponed to the same date.
