Accept a Drainage and Utility Easement from E&R Investments, LLC

Council is asked to accept an easement from E&R Investments, LLC for drainage and utility purposes over, under, and across Lot 2, Block 1, Cardinal Heights Plat 2.
As part of the construction of the new self storage facilty near 101st Avenue NW and Foley Boulevard, the new storage facility will be located within a portion of the easement that has been recently vacated by the City. As a condition of the site plan for the self storage facility, a new 20 foot wide drainage and utility easement must be re-established. Such easement has now been provided by the property owner to the City.
Accpet easement for watermain purposes from E&R Investments, LLC over, under and across Lot 2, Block 1, Cardinal Heights Plat 2.
