INTRODUCTION
Staff requests Council accept the attached right of entry agreement with E&R Investments LLC for a new self-storage facility.
DISCUSSION
E&R Investments LLC received site plan approval on November 20, 2018 for the construction of a new indoor self-storage facility, which is to be located at 220 101st Avenue (Lot 2, Block 1, Cardinal Heights Plat 2). The right of entry agreement allows the City to periodically enter the property to exercise hydrants, valves, and to flush the watermain system. The utility system within the site is considered private, and the property owner will continue to own and maintain it; this right of entry agreement simply provides the City the ability to ensure appropriate fire protection.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Council accept the attached right of entry agreement with E&R Investments LLC for their new self-storage facility at 220 101st Avenue (Lot 2, Block 1, Cardinal Heights Plat 2).
