INTRODUCTION
Staff requests Council accept the attached right of entry agreement with JSN Properties, LLC for a new office/warehouse facility.
DISCUSSION
JSN Properties, LLC received site plan approval for the construction of a 85,500 square foot office/warehouse facility, which is to be located at 11201 Xeon Street (PID 14-31-24-42-0011). The right of entry agreement allows the City to periodically enter the property to exercise hydrants and valves, flush the watermain system, and inspect a 72" diameter culvert. The utility and drainage system within the site are considered private, and the property owner will continue to own and maintain these items; this right of entry agreement simply provides the City the ability to ensure appropriate fire protection and drainage conveyance.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Council accept the attached right of entry agreement with JSN Properties, LLC for its new office/warehouse facility at 11201 Xeon Street (PID 14-31-24-42-0011).
